The last bad habit ... that I want to give up

It's day three. Day three of no more soda. It feels pretty good.

I was wondering how I was going to go about giving it up, but it was fairly easy: I just stopped. I wonder what circumstances led to my cessation over this weekend though. I know I was suffering from sleep deprivation due to caffeine due to soda, but that's happened before. I don't know why this time it counted more.

I've read in various places that the greatest success rate for quitting habits comes from just quitting cold turkey. Perhaps it's because it's more reliant on will power than on a crutch. If your resolve and will power are on the line, then you may be more willing to hold the line than if you're relying on some sort of program, which you could use as a scapegoat to blame should you fail.
