Working with disksuite 4.2.1

Here are some helpful commands when working with disksuite:

1) to check if everything is ok: metastat
2) If you've got errors on your RAID, with a component in maintenance mode and you have replaced it and now want to enable: metareplace -e d0 cxtxdxsx (replacing d0 with your raid device and replacing the x's)
3) If you need to check your metadb's: metadb -i
4) To delete a metadb: metadb -d cxtxdxsx
5) To add a metadb: metadb -a cxtxdxsx [ cxtxdxsx ] ... (you'll need a -f here as well, if it's your first db's you're creating
6) And here's a link to a coolio script which you can run which will mail you if anything goes amiss. You need to edit the script to make the first line specifies the ksh, or it won't work. Throw it in your crontab with a -m email@example.com and you're good to go.
